Meet the Owner & Licensee - David Mills

David brings over 17 years of extensive property experience to his role as Owner & Licensee of Mills Commercial. Beginning his career in London in 2008, David honed his skills in residential leasing with a national estate agency before advancing to leadership roles, including Partner at London's most prestigious independent real estate agency and Director at JLL. In these roles, he managed operations in Chelsea and represented some of London's most prominent estates and family offices, working across most of the capital’s elite postcodes.

After returning to Perth in 2017, David shifted his focus to commercial property. Since then, he has gained extensive experience and expertise in commercial sales and leasing across the Perth Metro area and beyond. From Vasse to Muchea, David has been pivotal in the success of sales and leasing campaigns across industrial, office and retail asset classes. 

Known for his genuine and authentic style and professional yet highly personable approach, David is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for his clients. His strengths lie in clear communication, skilled negotiation, and a relentless drive to uphold the highest standards of ethical service.
